Arrowhead Wilderness Lodge is an authentic log lodge. It has an "Up-North" look and feel, with the comforts of home. Arrowhead Wilderness Lodge is located in North East Minnesota, just a short drive from Duluth, and to many of North East Minnesota's major recreational attractions. The lodge resides on 40 acres of pristine forest, where it is common to see moose and deer walking through the yard and an eagle flying overhead.

For the winter enthusiast, we are centrally located to Minnesota's main downhill ski resorts; Lutsen Mountains, Spirit Mountain, and Giant Ridge. We are within minutes of the Iron Trail, known for its 3,000 miles of awesome snowmobile trails, the state's first designated OHV/ATV park, over 270 kilometers of groomed cross country ski trails, and great trails for hiking, and snow shoeing. Superior National Forest and Finland State Forest are also close by, and they also have trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.

For the summer enthusiast, we are only minutes away from Lake Superior, Two Harbors, Split Rock Light House, Gooseberry Falls and the North Shore Scenic Drive. We have many lakes and rivers close by for fishing, fly fishing, kayaking and canoeing. And for the golfers, there are some of the North Shore's finest golf courses just a short drive away.

For the fall enthusiast, we are located in one of the most sought out areas to enjoy the splendor of the spectacular fall color change. The area boasts some of the best ruffed grouse habitat in the country.
